Yet another new offering at the Hines Center: barre class, combining elements of yoga and pilates to help you build flexibility, alignment and balance.

Barre class is a fantastic way to stay toned and in shape. We focus on strengthening the body and increasing flexibility. The barre is a tool we use to balance while doing exercises that focus on isometric strength training.  Combining high reps and small range of motion movements help us stay away from the impact and injuries dancers endure.
