Hatha yoga is an ancient practice of balancing the body, mind, and spirit through purification practices such as Pranayama, Asana, and meditation.

Before each class we will cover 3 to 5 Yoga sutras (lessons) from Patanajali to keep the lineage close to the roots, which has been passed down for multiple thousands of years, from teacher to student. Patanjali reveals the full picture of yoga so that we can get more out of class.
