Laura Laine, MEd, RDN, LD is founder and executive rector of Sophia Grace Center for Nutrition, Health, and Spirituality, LLC. She combines her skills as dietitian and spiritual director in providing spiritual direction, retreats, presentations, and healthy eating therapy to individuals, groups, and corporations. Laura has worked for 22 years at Texas Children’s Hospital, where she coached people of all ages on the importance of healthy eating to a balanced lifestyle. She is passionate about nourishing ourselves wholistically.
