Let’s start by learning about the poses (asanas).
This class will help you learn how to slowly build heat and detox the mind body, and to sense the body’s fluidity as you learn to integrate toward wholeness using yoga poses (asana) as a tool for health. You can decide to turn up the volume for a more rigorous workout or slow it down to focus more on the quality of your breath in a movement practice.
This class is great for beginners and all-level practitioners.
