Join certified prenatal yoga teacher, Brittany Pires, for four 90-minute workshops through the month of February. These workshops are safe and accessible for all levels and terms of pregnancy and anyone is welcome— whether you’re expecting a baby yourself, or just want to learn more about the benefits of yoga for pregnancy. In this series, we will be covering topics such as:

– (Week 1)Yoga for Common Pregnancy Discomforts
– (Week 2)Prenatal Partner Yoga (Partner not required)
– (Week 3)Prenatal Yoga to Support Labor and Delivery
– (Week 4) Prenatal Restorative Yoga
