Tacey A. Rosolowski is a writer, interviewer and collector of stories for organizations and individuals. She has published creative nonfiction essays in literary journals such as Antioch Review and Salmagundi . Tacey published “Dessert Time,” on the aesthetics of dessert in Boulevard in 2009, and has given lectures on dessert at the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston, and the International Association of Graphic Artists in New York. She has a Ph.D. (Comparative Literature) from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
