Fresh for March! The Hines Center has a new class series – just for you, your BFF or anyone looking to add some spice to your fitness routine.


Join Belly Dance instructor Jenny Trimmer as you expand your movement vocabulary and create new neuropathways all while having fun! Class includes a yoga warm up, strength-conditioning, belly dance technique & drills, and choreography. You will gain mental & physical flexibility, heightened self awareness, and confidence. Wear comfortable cotton clothing you can move in, a hip scarf, and bring a yoga mat. Showing belly is optional, hip scarves will be provided to borrow if needed.

About Jenny:

With over ten years of belly dance experience, Jenaan has taught numerous workshops in Texas, Brazil, Mexico, and at the Specialty Dance program at Rice University. She was selected as a Super Bowl LI Houston Live entertainers and has performed at the Texas Renaissance Festival since 2009. Jenaan has also danced in music videos of renowned artists and was honored by DanceFitHouston and iTenMedia as one of the top fitness professionals in Houston in 2016. All of Jenaan’s experiences allowed her to develop a unique style that incorporates her cultural influences from her travels with folkloric and modern elements.
