Through meditation each of us can unlock the inner doorway to a life of deep and lasting bliss.  If you are like most of us, our personal and professional lives are not what they could be.  Too often incessant stress, distraction, and constant challenges leave us worn out and worn down by the end of the day.  Some of us assume there is no way out of this and resign ourselves to an uninspired and unfulfilling life.  It does not have to be this way.  Join us on May 2 and find out how a simple but powerful practice of meditation can connect you to a source of perennial peace and radical happiness. You will learn how to still your restless mind, to achieve a state of inner happiness that does not fade away and to reconnect with your Source.
